figuring out what the car has

I just got a 83 cutlass supreme 2 door with vinyl top and trying to find out the specs on the car. any one know where to get the goods on this?

What "specs" are you seeking?

If you're just looking for what options the car came with, you'll have to try and find the build sheet somewhere in the interior, since an '83 won't have an RPO label under the trunk lid. Or you can contact GM for an invoice and restoration packet...
