Hello all. Just wanted to drop an introduction. Ive been a gbody forum reader for years. The information I learned here was a definite plus and has helped me out tremendously with my build. Now The car. I bought my first gbody in 91. It was an 83 Olds Cutlass, always loved those cars since they rolled out in 81. Immediately I stripped it down and tried to build the car I invisioned in my head. After multiple motors and trans combos I ended up parking it in 04, and in my garage it sat until last July when I finally decided to build it or sell it. Well....I’ve been working on it whenever time allows. Progress has been pretty good. My current set up is an Olds 468, built 200r4 with PTC 3400 converter, GN 8.5 rear with 4.10 gears and 30 spline axles. Looking forward to being a GBF member.

It was sitting without a motor and transmission. The 350/350 was pulled do to a blown head gasket and incorrect machine work on the rods.

Just wanted to post some progress pics. After several months of working to get it flat, the body work and paint on the 4” cowl induction hood is finally complete. Decided to go with the cowl instead of the W-30 hood I had on the car previously. I think the cowl will give the car a more sinister look. Next, starting work on the bumper covers. 2D20BA01-0D3D-47E9-9CA0-8D5E59BA578B.jpeg 9A549CB7-C03C-44D9-ACA2-0AF545D2F4DC.jpeg 5711CB58-A8F4-4F4F-9B52-5D5C11B18224.jpeg
