I caught this one yesterday - 21.5”. Lil man wanted to hold it for a picture. He thinks he’s KVD or something now and was pizzed when he woke up early and got ready only to find we weren’t fishing this morning.
Nice fish. Hoping to get my son his first fish this summer. Been 2 years since I’ve had my boat out, between moving and work no time. This year the whole family is getting out otherwise it’s going for sale.
Season starting this week, plan on getting a new Lund Fury 1400 in a month. Just sit back and wait for Wife's huge fish to dazzle you😁
They were largemouths- somewhere in the 12-14" range. The kid's friend has a nice pond, and invited us over. There were 2 other dudes there cranking in lunkers.
When I go fishing with my son and his kids I am happy to come home with no fish. Grandkids used to be confused by the wrong bait that I used but I think they figured it out. I don't like fishing but it's fun spending time with them....
We only have one Largemouth reservoir and very few Smallmouth lakes here in Saskatchewan. Big Walleye and Pike are in most lakes including our reservoir a mile away.
When I was on Classical Pontiac forum the rare fishing posts caused blowback. What a great bunch of guys here that can appreciate the important things in life. Me, I'm waiting on the Blues- the yellow-eyed bastards.
