Fixing holes in the side of the El Camino - Tie Downs

If there is no interior access you can open up the holes so they are clean and round and cut metal the same diameter as the hole and use the same gauge or a little thicker metal and then use a pen style extendable magnet pick up tool to hold the metal in the hole and keep it from falling in while you tack it and then fully weld after that, this how I did the opera light holes on my Regal.
After grinding most of the welds down I then used a flat metal file to get the surface straight.
