I remember when you could actually flag a post on CL and the add would get removed now you can click on prohibited and all it does is block it from you.
This Monte currently has 17 adds for this car on CL which to me screams desperate seller with a $3000 price difference between the adds.

I can remember when they had software that wouldn't let you post the same basic info in more than one ad, even if it was in a different city.

flagging still works, but I think people for the most part don't bother anymore

When you "flag" it, now it just blocks it from you seeing it. It doesn't actually remove it from the site anymore

One flag never removed it. It takes more than a couple, how many is a closely guarded secret. I have clicked prohibited, and refreshed and had the " flagged for removal" notice appear, so it does still work, just few people bother.

You appear to be right, I clicked on prohibited for all 20 now (he posted 3 more after I posted this thread) and then when I clicked on hidden it said 8 have been removed.
I guess other people were tired of looking at 2 pages of the same car also.
