I`ve put together a mix of vehicles and drivetrains. The body is a 1951 Ford Coupe. Floor, frame, suspension is all 1983 Cutlass. Engine is 430 Cu In Buick. Trans is also Buick: the switch pitch model TH400. The Ford body limits the size of wheels and tires. The Olds rear is the 7.5. I`m planning to install a 8.5 posi track.

Welcome aboard!
The old shoebox Fords were very popular cars and always made cool customs.
You've got a cool project going on there.

That Ford looks awesome, those Ford"s were shorter than I thought they were to use a 108" wheel base frame. Welcome to the forum...:)

Pretty Neat, I familiar with those year Fords, the Buick mill is cool, the switch pitch is even cooler, Good luck with it!

The shoebox Ford's were shorter. I added 6 inches to the Olds parts. Boxed the frame rails.
