Got another one to add to the collection lol.

A good friend of mine mentioned he had an engine for sale, it's originally from an 88 trans am GTA. Lt1 350, chevy.
No rods, pistons, or cam. Has roller lifters for it however, it's a roller block.
The block has had allot of machine work done, it's 0.030 over, bored and line bored. perfect cross hetching.
Steel crank, didn't say if it was forged or not.

The entire top end is there, except cylinder heads. And the whole front of the engine is there, alternator and everything.

I'm trading labor for parts 8) so it's a sweet deal.

Any idea's what i should do with it? maybe it would be the future power plant for my MCSS after i've had my fun with the 403 rocket i'm slappin' together.

If it's a 350 from an '88 GTA it should be an L98 not an LT1. The GTA could have also had a TPI 305 too. Usually anytime some says "steel crank" they are referring to a forged part rather than cast.
