the local junk yard has a super nice set of Camaro seats from a 99 Camaro will they fit in my 84 Monte Carlo? I do not have the factory bucket seats to take the rails off of if they won't fit can anyone tell me a more commen bucket seat that bolts in with very little to no modifying the rails

Back in the day, I installed Escort GT seats in my Cutlass. My car already had bucket seats from the factory, so I removed the rails from the Cutlass seats and they bolted directly onto the bottoms of the F*rd seats. Might be an option for you if you can still find a decent set.
Can't speak as to the Camaro seats tho unfortunately. Some of our other members may be able to for you.

That's the issue I don't have the stock rails to put on a different set of bucket seats I got the car with no front seats and all the stock bucket seats around me that I have found look like they sat outside for 4 years and they still want 350 and up for them so I was trying to find a nice set that bolted right in

Did your car have buckets or the split bench originally? If not your floor won't have the necessary mounting points. Have you checked eBay for just the g-body seat tracks? If you can buy a set of tracks it's my understanding they will bolt up to those 4th Gen Camaro seats. You might put a want ad in the parts section here for either a set of tracks or buckets. There are some guys on here with a lot of parts.

The proper G body bucket seat tracks will bolt up to the split bench floor mounting brackets, if you can find the proper G body bucket seat tracks.
As to whether or not the '99 Camaro seats will bolt up to the G body bucket seat tracks, they SHOULD. When I switched the front seats in my '84 Monte several years ago, I tried a number of bucket seats from different GM cars that have been built over the past 30 years or so. The car originally had bucket seats in it. I tried bucket seats from an '84 Buick GN, an '89 Firebird, a 2004 Cavalier, and I finally settled on a pair of front bucket seats that came out of a mid to late '90 Pontiac Grand Am. The bolt mounting pattern on the bottom of all of those different seats was exactly the same, and my original '84 Monte bucket seat track bolted directly to all of those seats, with no modification required. I won't say for absolutely 100% sure, because some seats might be different, but the '99 Camaro seats should fit OK. Make sure you find bucket seat tracks. Split bench tracks are different.
BTW, it would be helpful if you used a bit more punctuation in your posts. They're a bit hard to read. I hope this helps.
