Type of car? Grand Prix’s for example will be different than Cutlasses.
I just bought these from Amazon and installed them in my Cutlass dash on a recommendation from Injectedcutty. Fit well with no cutting, able to retain the stock speaker grilles, and sound relatively decent.

I went with these as well. I tried to be gentle and got the special blue plastic removal tools. About five seconds into removal of speaker plate i disintegrated part of the dash pad by just lightly touching it. After that i just said f it and

And then purchased the Dash pad cover overlay. (Pad was already cracked beforehand btw)

Thanks for the info. Several local Autozones have them in stock so I'll take a look at them.

IIRC I think these are the same ones that TURNA used, in his Cutlass as well. I think I will order these also.

I bought a pair of 3.5" Kicker KS series just a couple years ago. Fill up the entire space, but covers went back on. Sound decent for small speakers.
