Excuse the enine Bay mess - still a work in progress.

I have -10 an hose ready to run the fuel and return lines.
The regulator and fittings are ready

I just have no clue where to mount this thing due to the mess. I want to mount it against the firewall as seen in the first pic, but the easiest solution would be the passenger wheel fender.

Any suggestions? I'm open to removing everything and anything so long as it's not the AC and obviously the essentials.

Cheers

I always mount my regulator ahead of the engine so it gets full pump pressure to it and then it is not fighting G force to get to the carb under a lower pressure.
My Monte below has a 4 port regulator with a 10 AN in and 8 AN out separately to the carb.

My Regal just has a 2 port regulator with 8 AN in and out.

Thank you!

Your builds give me a lot of inspiration.

I have the aeromotive x1 regulator - 3 port -8an. Earls ultrapro hose ready to run.

It looks like your regals regulator is not mounted at all and is held up by the hose and possibly a filter.

Initially I wanted to mount it to the alternator or around there, just like your regal. I'll have to see if that's an option tomorrow.

Cheers

There is a cushion clamp mounted to the ac bracket holding the filter just below the regulator.

I ran mine on the passenger side fender for 20 years in my car with no issues.
