Hey guys it’s me again. While repairing my power windows I noticed one of the connectors in the block for the 30a circuit breaker was burned. Do I need to replace the whole fuse block or can I just repair that connection?

Take the block down from the firewall. See how many connections are on the wire. Go to a junk yard or maybe someone here on the forum might have an old block sitting around. Take the connectors out and switch them to yours. Its not difficult. I had to do one on my car. You just need to do the wire connection correctly. I cut into the harness a few inches and soldered the connection followed by marine shrink tubing that has an adhesive.

Looking at the block its hard to tell if its melted. If it is just switch the block.

I would find out what caused the circuit to burn before replacing or repairing anything
