Hmmm.

You may have a couple of problems. The cig lighter is on one circuit (but hot power goes to the tail fuse as well, and the dome light has its own circuit, which powers the power door locks and under dash lamps and rear quarter lamps (2 dr). Both show 20A fuses.

I'm looking at the 85 Electrical manual, don't have the 84 book handy, but I'm guessing it's the same.

Some one smoked the CTSY_CLK fuse, replace it and if it blows again then check the wiring.
