I picked up a set of fw code rally wheels. I thought I read a chart that said they would fit and I didn’t bother looking at the backspacing. Now I read that they have 4.5” backspacing and won’t fit on these cars at all. I haven’t laid a straight edge across and measured myself to be sure so I can’t be certain that they are 4.5
I originally had 15x8 vette rally’s all around but they rubbed like crazy in the front when I lowered the car, so I put the stock wheels on.
I tried the wheels on the front and they seemed good, but my sway bar isn’t on.
I was going to get 215/65R15’s for the wheels but I’m not sure if I should bother with them or just mount them on my original wheels. I’m trying to get the stance of the 14” wheels with a 15” rim.

Ok thanks. I was surprised when the big bias ply tires didn’t rub. I need to figure out if I should go with 225/60R15 or 215/65R15 tires now. I think the rear are 245/60R15, but I don’t remember for sure right now.
