Lots of stupid sayings here in the south.
Fittin ta.....short for "fixing to" which is short for "getting prepared to..."
"Unthaw" the hamburger (take it out of the freezer)
Car Pocket…… = glovebox
"Bless his/her heart" is a back door slight if you ever hear that from someone.
I post occasionally over there as 69HO43. I couldn't let that go. So I had to reply.

BTW, everyone knows I'm a SOUTH TEXAS boy, so I'll let the "ya'll" statement slide, as I use it daily.
Maybe I'm abusing the blonde status but I thought there was somebody else putting a Olds 350 in his El Camino & every one with Olds knowlage helped him out? Maybe it's just the fact that NOT A SOUL ON THIS SITE OWNS A OLDS CAR . Remember I'm a blonde so I know nothing.

But about the Olds in an Elky...yeah. He was looking for frame mounts for an Olds V8.
Edit: just realized that's Kristen Wiig. Very hit-able.
It is an Olds V8 swap. Only a few of us bother with that old stuff anymore. I put that Olds sh*t in everything I can, including any chevies I own. I tempted to find another 88 to 95 Chevy or GMC truck to swap an Olds 350 into. This time I would go with a custom tune and a 454 TBI, it would haul *ss.
