I know there is also a $2500 - 442 in Kawartha Lakes that really needs to be put back together. I don't allow myself to look at it anymore for there is a REAL fear I will be compelled to take it home. I was really looking for a hardtop 85+ 442 Blue on Blue car with dark tint before I found my Monte.

I have seen the 442 parts car for $ 1,500 ..........a ton of good / rare parts on it........very tempting

There is no such thing as a Warehouse Lien Act, a car can get sold under is the Repair and Storage Lien Act and they need to have the registration before they can sell the car. They have to comply with the Act and then they can get the registration in their name. It is illegal for them to sell the car as they have advertised. I have processed a few liens for garages to sell cars for repairs and/or storage fees. If you are interested in the car and need more info sent me a pm.
