Well went out to the garage to see about working on the fan shroud but something is telling me don't bother. Go back outside & noticed how much the pine next to the garage is swaying, Then look at the trunk & see its starting to lift roots up as it sways. [email protected]#K!!!!!!! So now with the winds just starting to pick up (under a wind advisory/warning with up to 60MPH gusts until tomorrow at 8AM) it's not looking good & I really can't/shouldn't move anything out of the way. I moved the truck away from the garage cause I can't afford to lose that. So time to cut power to the garage so that won't be an issue. I really wish the ground dried up (been swappy since last September.) If it makes it to tomorrow I'll have to get the tree guys here asap to drop it. Nise addition to my lay off.

My father in law is on his way up to see if we can get a rope on it to help guide it towards one of the other trees. God do I have the shakes now. If it hits the right way I'll be out of the G body game too. I lose the frame I'll be done.

Thanks, now I wonder if I have time to get one. Sad thing is the dead pine is holding strong. It's on the opposite side of the yard & no danger to anything.

Can you get a rope around it up high enough without losing your life? March winds suck out here too. Keep us informed.

We got a wire rope that my brother in law has around it but it did come down before noon. The rope did keep it from the garage, it fell into the driveway brushing against the house with no visible damage. Blocking the steps to the back porch & basement door. I'm glad the in laws came ove to help. Put a claim in with the home owners to help with clean up. Going to have to call the tree guys to regardless if the claim is given a yes or no. Post some pics & off to start some access clean up.

Glad no one was hurt and hopefully nothing damaged. I pulled my truck as far as it will go in the garage this morning now I'm just hoping nothing falls on the other 3 cars in the driveway. We had this one come down in the house back in November, $20,000 worth of damage-

Now I'm rushing to finish taking this one down-
