i just got a motorless g body caballero and i have a piece of junk stepside chevy with a 250. will this paperweight fit in there or should i just get a small block. just wondering because i have it, truck is a 78 so third gen motor

Think you mean "drivers side" for the exhaust manifold on the inline 250.You should be able to use V8 frame mounts to do this, the cross member will need notched for the exhaust as the 250 manifolds are on the passenger side. My '81 wagon had a 250 in it when I bought. It is a tight fit but the cars were designed for them (thought I heard years back non US/Canada cars could of had a 250.)
