Getting this thing a partial restoration.

Already rebuilt lots of stuff and replaced some others with new parts. Coming along nicely!
Getting new paint next.
If you look closely at door and bed, you will see a bunch of white marks. Those were 10 yrs worth of door dings. Someone took their frustration on this truck for some reason.

Craiglist or syty.net for starters.

I have to tell you. They are fast even by today's standards.

Sweet truck! My dad's first job was as a Lot Attendant at an Isuzu/GMC/Buick dealership in 1991. He said they had a Syclone in the showroom and he was always wishing it would sell, so he could drive it to the cleaner's. it never did, but that's just one of our family stories. Keep us posted on your progress for sure

Thank you for your positive posts!
Yes, I have seen that video. I had hoped to get a Typhoon but this Syclone came along instead. I'm glad I got it. It drives like a Sportscar. There were fewer of these than Typhoons.

That pic is when I had it fresh out of the shop after lots of work. You know, the usual stuff like transmission, turbo, radiator, ignition, and upgrades to fuel delivery.

My first vehicle was an 84 S10 Blazer with a 2.8 and a five speed. I still have a yearning for a first gen S10 pickup or Blazer with a SBC or LS swap. There are very few of them left.
