Probably a Golden Legion, maybe a Tong Yang, but they're pretty busy with late model collision parts.

I wouldn't trust anybody but Goodmark or Dynacorn. They're parts (no matter where they're made) have a good reputation as far as I've experienced.

I'm pretty sure they are Goodmark brand, if it is the hood should have a good fit.
