Going on a G body parts hunt tomorrow

Me n Bar50 meeting up in the morning for a G body parts strip fest. I'll post pics tomorrow evening. He found two hot air Turbo Buick Regals for parts. So going to get some of that stuff for my Century Turbo project. Also, he found me a complete Buick console. Excited, because I love the hunt. Today we went to the U Pull it salvage where I stripped a 4 door Century and he helped me pull the unibell 350C transmission. I got the crossmember, driveshaft, linkage, and trans lines. This will go in my 85 SS Monte project. We are hoarders

Awesome find on the console! I've been casually looking for an oxblood Buick console for a while. I love hunting for parts. I could spend hours upon hours in junkyards. So much fun when you find what you are looking for. I haven't gone parts-hunting for my Regal lately, but I went to two different yards this past week on the hunt for parts for my truck project. Luckily, the trucks are much more plentiful in the yards than G Bodies are.

While I was there, I picked up an auto-dimming mirror w/compass and some wood trim pieces (that I'm told are fairly rare) for my daily driver Toyota.

I also came across a BMW with a complete set of really nice Style 39 M3 wheels that I've been after for some time, so I grabbed them for my E36.

Man, do I love the junkyard!
