Chevy 350 small block and th350 trans going into 79 cutlass supream I got a long water pump insted of short and it looks like my other pullys are not going to match up are there spacers or extensions or somthin I need to get or should I return waterpump and get short or will the long work...

the short water pump was only used on corvettes, every other 350 I've seen uses long style. I have long style on my chevy 350 in my 84 cutlass. I used pulley setup from a 305 monte.
Don't try to use the pulleys and brackets for the orig motor they won't work. Does as prev. poster said and find one from a sbc powerd monte or malibu g-body.
