Picked this up from fleabay and got it up on the lift today to get a good look.... may have to adjust my thinking a little....
drivers floor is toast
Pass floor is almost toast
Drivers rear frame horn at bumper is becoming toast
Pass wheel well is through

I changed out the fuel pump, and trying to start, I realized the marker lights were coming on with the ignition switch, and no power to the distributor....

I planned on changing to a 4.3, so the wiring under the hood isn’t much of a problem, and I’m parting a Astro van, so I have all the sheet metal that I need ... just bouncing around thoughts, and any input is appreciated!

It's not you, it's the disease we have for wanting to own these cars. Don't worry the doctors can write something up for you, get you one of the handicap parking permits & get you signed up for disability cause you're just a sick man that needs help (like all of us.)

Those repairs aren't too tough. Stick with it. I watched the car on Ebay, and was wondering if you were going to end up with it. The rear frame repair is easy.. it's square tubing. Weld your body mount, and bumper tabs back on the new square tubing. The floors will obviously need to be patched. Cut it out, use as a template, and weld in new/used metal. Wheel wells.. the same. I just threw away the parts you needed to fix this car. 1980 Century 4 door. I couldn't give the sh*t away, so I threw it away.. no room... Stay positive, and get it back on the road.

Yup. Did that too. Car frames don't store as easily as Legos...

The rest isn’t too bad... worn and crusty, but workable... will be looking for interior plastics soon. Dash is in good shape, but it’s dark brown, and mismatches with the rest of the interior.... good thing I have a mint tan dash in my back room collecting dust!

Has an interesting patina on the outside, and needs an all over scrubbing/power washing.

There’s a couple g’s in the local jy’s that might give up the frame rail and possibly the floors.

I’ve got my work cut out for me to say the least, but the car is growing on me, or is that some of the funk?

Hey Darin, it doesn't look all too bad to me. The frame can be patched with plate steel, and the body stuff is mostly hidden, so it doesn't have to look pretty. Put some body schutz over it and no one will ever know. I like it!
