Hey guys, I'm just looking for some guidance on repairing the mounting points on the replacement header panel I have.
Have any of you guys repaired damaged alignment/mounting points?
My first instinct is to fill with fiber glass resin or 5 minute epoxy let cure and drill back out and install the mounting pins.

But if any of you guys have any other suggestions I'm all ears.

Fill with epoxy and install studs while wet. That's how we do them at work.

You can use masking tape or aluminum tape as a form if needed

make sure when you go to thread the nut back on the assembly, you don't crank it on.a little oil on the threads and go easy
