Yes they are....

Every part of the heat only setup is different from AC parts.

I'm not aware of vendors selling them but I'm sure some have used parts.....I have sold 3 myself.

I know where there are some non AC cars and I do need to get there to pull some non AC parts for another member. Sadly the wrecker is not open weekends so it makes it tough to get there. I do have a list going with parts needed for other members.
