What car can I got a vac advance distriburator? I want to get rid of the ccc system and to to a basic set up no computers. I have a 86 Regal 5.0-307 v 8

You will need a new carburetor as well.

Also keep in mind you will loose your torque convertor lockup feature

eBay distributor and get a Street Demon 625 cfm and tuning kit or a Qjet from a late 70's Olds 350, it will be nearly perfect for your 307. Then either a toggle switch or kit like the TCI for lock up.

ok so i got a classic holley carb and a vac advance distributor from a 86 buick electra estate wagon same engine ant it all worked. i have a th350 transmission I'm guessing thats not the stock one because it has a kick down.

All TH350's have kickdowns regardless of year built

You are better off keeping the CCC system intact. Going non CCC only gets you worse mpgs and power on a stock motor. Aftermarket carbs also often do not have the correct alignment for the trans kickdown cable, and having to manually lockup the trans is a pita while traffic driving.
