More proof that just because something is possible does not make it a good idea.

It’s just another regal now…🤣. Actually is probably just a normal regal, remember: to a non g-body person, any black regal must be a grand national/gnx/ monte ss…💩

There’s a guy on one of the g-body Facebook sites that did it to a normal regal, and without fine tuning, says it rips!

I don't see the problem here.

Is it jealousy? Envy? Or just childish contempt for another's achievement?

What have you done with your car to get anyone's attention?

The value as a purist GN was gone when they cut the quarter panels and fenders off to install the fiberglass flares, and cut holes for knockoff gnx style vents.

At that point the car was a poser to start with.

So what, they swapped a different drivetrain into a hacked up GN? There's what, 30,000 or 40,000 more almost exactly like that one.

No loss.

But, at least now the world has one with a Hellcat engine in it. And that's cool.

Looks like a video game rendering to me.

Underhood doesn't look like a G body. Cast iron master cylinder with wire cap lock.

Stamped steel inner fenders.

hello people: If that car is real I'd really like to hear it and see it go.

The idea is great though.

Hotrodding at it's best. I agree that it looks photo shopped, but ...maybe it's not. Makes me remember my GN envy in 1986. Fast forward 35 years.....just add 300hp.

It’s real, it’s on YouTube I believe.

I appreciate the work that went into it. Gbodys aren’t some sacred car, there will always be enough stock examples around for people to “look at”. These types of cars are meant to be driven.

That car went from a clapped out POS to something worth noting.

Is it entirely my taste? No. But, come on - the effort is clear.
