Help!! 1986 Buick Regal Grand National

Hi all! I own a 1986 Buick Grand National
-25k mile car.. BONE STOCK dies, bogs, and breaks up when going into boost. After sitting for 2 months(ran perfectly fine before it was parked)
-Rebuilt fuel injectors
-new fuel pump
-new in line filter
-new coil pack
-new coil pack module
-new mass airflow sensor
-changed spark plugs twice it’s gets better but never fixed (NGK UR5)
-head gaskets done about a year prior to issue

I’m confused on how it could start running rich on its own after it’s been sitting for 2 months. It would only make sense that something went bad, no? 😬
