You have to have the pics hosted somewhere. Your own web page, or a third party picture site.
Then you use the image tag in your message.
[ IMG ] without spaces between the brackets, then the location of the picture, starting with the http: part, then close it off with the image tag off [ /IMG ] again with no spaces. If you click quote on this message you'll see how the tags are used to show this pic:
