Help Clips for Horn Contact 1980's Monte SS horn cap

Hi All anybody know in Canada maybe auto parts store etc where I can find the horn clip plastic screws for the monte ss steering wheel? I know you can buy them online from dixie etc but shipping is the killer. maybe somebody has them or knows where I could buy some locally? Should look like the ones in the picture I have the parts just need the black screws (3 in total). Thx Darryl

Does anyone how to repair horn cap loosen and keep on falling steering wheel and do i need retaining cap!
