I have no idea what any of this means. I know the word Lacquer. That's it. Is 79L the paint code?

79 for 1985 is Dark Red Poly. Not sure what the next one followed by D but the last one followed by T might be a matching vinyl top

The 79D is your interior-Dark Claret (--D is the trim level/material), 79L is the exterior-Dark Red Poly (Metalic)(WA8529), 79T is the vinyl top-Dark Red Poly.
