What’s going on G body enthusiasts! I need help finding the right fan and fan clutch for my 85 Monte SS. It has a 350 Vortec Engine. The clutch on the fan went bad. I been having a hard time finding the right one. Any help would be much appreciated

One that fits. A HD one for any 80s gm vehicle with a chevrolet motor and a not electric fan will suffice.

I have tried 2 different clutches . The first one didn’t line up with the holes on the pulley and the second one the bolts wouldn’t fit through the fan. I will take pics when I get a chance.

I don't know if vortec was different than a gen1 350 as far as stud sizes, but the water pump definitely spins backwards.

If you have a serp belt on this motor, you will want a reverse rotation fan clutch. Just get one for a 1996 chevy pickup, Hayden #2626 or 2786

If you have v-belts, then Hayden 2705 or 2747 should work just fine.
