I have a Holley Street Avenger 670 carburetor and I'm trying to remove the needle and seat in the real Bowl but it is all the way flush in the carburetor how do I remove it from the carburetor by it being all the way flush and whats the Holley part number for new needle and seat? Thanks

Your float adjustment is way off if you screwed the needle and seat in far enough that the nut won't even grab it.
I would probably try grabbing it from the top with some small needle nose pliers and if you still can't grab it maybe remove the bowl and take out the float you might be able to use some pliers to gently turn it just enough to use the nut on top to get it out.

Save your money. Adjust the float arm correctly and forget the float valve. Very unlikely that it is bad.
