Just curious on how you return part to gbodyparts? I got a grill with a chip of chrome missing. It would be no big deal (I understand these are aftermarket parts, I work at a body shop) but that spot is front top center.

After about 10 rounds of email tag, I'm no where near getting it resolved.

Exchange the grill, refund my money, whatever. Grill has been boxed up and ready to return since the day I received it.

That's pretty brutal. I've had my fair share of damaged parts come but always get it resolved without any issues. I was about to put an order in at gbodyparts but now I am reconsidering as I would rather go somewhere with better customer service. I hope it works out alright for you and let us know the outcome.

I have to say, all of these bad reviews, I've heard similar before. I have no experience dealing with them but I've heard a lot of negative things about them.

I recently bought the chrome trim to restore my bumper impact trim with. I had no issues. I've seen plenty of negative feedback though.

I have bought a few things with no issues but I also have not attempted to return anything or have a damage claim which seems to be where most people have problems.

the big "O" (omaha nebraska) no corn here!
i saw this pop up from mike m on facebook so i figured i would chime in being a believer in feedback. i have had 2 orders with gbodyparts.com, the first one i ordered blue carpet and a can of blue interior paint/dye. when i got my carpet the carpet was black, i emailed them and they tried to tell me i ordered black, the invoice that came in the box said black and i kept thinking how the heck did i screw that up. so i looked up the online invoice from when i placed the order and sure enough it said blue so i sent them a picture of that and they fixed it. the second time i ordered 3 more cans of the interior paint/dye and 2 of the 3 were gray not blue as ordered, it took a few emails but they sent me 2 bottles of blue with the request that i send the gray back. they never sent me a shipping label so i still have the 2 cans of gray which sadly are the wron gray for my 442 :( i cant say that i wont buy parts from them again but they have some serious issues going on around there and they will always be my last option, i only use them these 2 times because i knew i was getting the exact oem colors i was after.
