How does this molding come off without breaking the clips or bending/damaging the molding?

Thanks

If I remember correctly uou push down on the molding and pull out on the bottom then lift up the problem is the clips are old and brittle so the little ears that are intended to bend down just break off in some cases like the ones on my fender

on the left you can see one good ear left the other 3 are broaken off

I'm actually going to check with the aftermarket hardware company we use at work and see if I can buy them by the box gm may have them if the number crosses over because Buick was still using that style clip on the century not long ago

That's way down by Atlantic City I'm a lot closer to you I'm in Brick exit 91 15 minutes south of Asbury Park 5 minutes outside Point Pleasant and 20 minutes north of Sea side as far as you to me well it depends on the time of day I can get in the city in like 30 minutes flying low at 3:00am but rush hour traffic maybe 4 hours
