Need tips on changing lower rear control arm bushings. Thanks in advance

i changed mine with some 1/2" allthread rod / nuts / washers and some large sockets...

Instead of replacing the bushings, I went to the junkyard and cherry picked a set off a 2002 Camaro. Rust free and 20 year newer bushings.Bolt on and go!
