General guess... depending on the heads anywhere from 300-350. Find a chassis dyno, Th350 takes about 40-50hp to turn the innards (or so I've heard), give or take 20-30 for the diff, and you maybe have a possible approximate figure of estimated horsepower.
To the wheels!

At the rear wheels? less than 220.

Probably makes good torque, however, A 5K redline cam will NEVER make HP

Your engine is built for bottom end torque with a RV cam. No great amount of HP. If your getting 250 HP at the flywheel you'd be doing good.

You also need to give more details on cam an style of heads. Also if your thinking HP at the rear tires your drivetrain takes on average 17%.

That engine Revolutions Per Minute. It has an RV cam its made for torque not horsepower.Maybe 150-200 HP. If and that is pushing it.If he wants more want more more It would depend on what cylinder head and camshaft he uses . Small blocks are popular because they are repetitively cheap to make good horsepower with. And 63 years of factory and aftermarket parts out there .It all depends on what he wants to do with the car.Engine combination and hie pocketbook.

Need more info for a guess that is anything more than 150-350. The correct heads, cam and headers could easily be 350 crank HP, but the wrong ones could easily be 150.

All of this assumes that the tune is spot on as well - a bad tune can cost you 75hp without an issue.
