Ignition Switch Wiring ??

Can someone tell me what color wire coming off the ignition switch is the starter signal wire.

The 12 AWG purple wire, circuit #6.

Yup. Put the key side to 87a & 85, 30 to the starter side, 86 to the switch on the shifter, and the other side of the shifter switch to ground. It's normally closed, so the relay works less. The circuit only goes open when the shifter grounds it and the key is on start.
