I'm new.. OHS NOES !!! I have a question......

I just picked up a 79 Monte Carlo with a decent body. BUT, the frame is rusted pretty badly. There is an 85 monte carlo rolling chassis for sale nearby and the frame looks MINT !!!!!..... Would I be able to swap the frame from the 85 to the body of the 79 without issues?..... I just want to make sure because I dont want to lose out on the 85. Thanks for your Help....

they are g bodys

they are both gbodys so yea the only one i know you cant swap with is a malibu because they are shape diffrent i tryed lol

they are NOT both G-bodys

from 78-81 they were an A/G body.
it was kinda a halfbreed, inbetween years.

I dont know if you can swap theframe or not, you might just be able to fix it.
