Ok so guy I brought my 86 cutlass from removed the dash to paint when he put back in everything looked good except when u turn on headlights everything stops working no dash lights the speedo works but no rpm's no battery amp no temp and gas gage go's to full? Any ideals whats wrong here I really need help
