So I have an edelbrock performer intake my engine is a 350 .40 over mild cam and full exhaust. I wasn't looking to change it but my buddy has offered a straight up swap my performer for his Weiand x-celerator. I've done some research and it looKS as if they are very similar in powerband with the Weiands band starting at around 1500 instead of at idle and the weiand is a single plane. What are your thoughts is he being a buddy and hooking me up with a better intake since he isn't using it or is he trying to pull one over on me.
