I know some of the LS swap guys are running factory 4th gen F body rads. Might be an option grabbing the entire assembly out of one. Built in shroud and fans that way.

i'm running an f-body rad and fan set up in my 66 belair with an lt1 , runs flawlessly. I'm using the thicker, 1.25" replacement unit from spectra. currently adapting one of these in a g-body. trick is, the cooling fans mount on the radiator, but is held down with the radiator top plate. I'm still working out the details on this feature. i'll try and ad pics tomorrow.

sorry i took so long. here are some pics of a camaro radiator and fan set up.

the cooling fan assembly hangs on the radiator side tanks,

it is held in place by a rubber strip that is attached to the radiator top plate.

here, in one of my g-bodies, i used the top plate from a fourth gen camaro and ground down the ribs and changed the angle of top plate to fit the car.

here is my set up in my 66 belair wagon with an lt1. 5000 miles and counting, 2000 of that on power tour in 2017.

I like my 179$ all aluminum champion. All I had to do was trim the top rad plate rubbers. Would buy again.

There's another version of it people seem to like thats about $50 more but has 1"tubes as opposed to .75" tubes.
