Interior floor lights

I had remove my lighter because it was causing problem with my radio, and I check all the fuses and they are all good

I think you should look the wiring issue with the lighter.

Pull the kick panels, and make sure there are no white wires hanging loose; they should be attached at the switch. Is the overhead dome on, too, or just the floor lights? They should be the same circuit. Ground to white turns the lights on; orange is 12v constant.

this is why I suggested you repair the issues with the lighter. The lighter is tied into the courtesy lights in the front foot wells.

If the orange was grounded, the fuse would blow and the lights wouldn't work.

And the only wire I notice under my carpet of my seats was connected to my driver seat belt .
