Recently had my new floor put in, I was wondering what is the correct order to install the interior into the car? 85 Monte Carlo SS

I do it based on what you remove.

If you're after easy, I'd go start the seatbelts except the bpillar, then headliner with quarter trim and headliner trim a/b pillar trim, finish seatbelts, then carpet, then dash, then column, then rear seat then front seat, and door panels last.

Basically think of what is in the way of things and what isneasiest to get at and go in the order that eliminates the obstacles.

I removed everything

I would just add, if you have a console, put that in after your back seat, but obviously before the buckets. You don't want to be passing back seat parts across the console or stepping/tripping over it putting the back seat in.
