It has an amp and alarm that are disconnected so possibly. We installed the new starter and still nothing. We changed the ignition switch today and it started right up. There was a blue plastic pin in the switch that wasn't removed so it snapped off when he started it. It sounded strong after we put gas in the carb but my buddy just called saying it is trying to start but won't. Before it was doing nothing.
