Is every tool seller on Ebay in China?!?!?!?!

WTF, seems like every seller I've checked out to find a tank lock ring tool to swap out the level senders in the wife's Santa Fe they all are in China but product ships from US?!?! Even after filtering I still seem to find them. Trying to be to get the best price for whats listed as a OTC brand tool (& they're not) is a PITA. Is there really any US sellers who out there for these specialty tools?
