10 Bolt A-Body rear. Check the width to get the year. Grab it if the price is right and has decent guts.
B Body cars have the shock bolts in front of the axle.
A Body cars have the spring pads in front of the tubes.

Ok thank you I couldn't tell the person I got it from says otherwise good thing I didn't fork over any cash yet thanks again for all the help

That looks an awful lot like what I have under my 86 GP. I will have to look again... going from memory replacing the shocks. Havent gotten to that part yet. Plan on going 3.73 back there at some point.

I may be full of it, but it looks a lot like a diff I got from a friend that came off a 68-72 A body Buick when I had a pair of 68 Cutli. Picked it up free for parts, but never used it.
