It mentions a 4 bolt cover. My 78 Olds, has a round top with no cover. My 78 Camaro has a 4 bolt cover, but the Olds is much different.

Rock Auto list the following but do not show the top:

http://www.rockauto.com/?carcode=1222063&parttype=7416

But looking at that list again, I see this, A-1 CARDONE 276506

It is leaking bad and its not from the hoses. Does anyone agree that 276506 is the one?

Can someone tell me where i can get an identical rebuilt one?

You are describing yours as the 276506 which is a Saginaw 605. The 800 series has the 4 bolt top and is considered thhe better of the two.
You might do some research on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Z box. Most wrecking yards are full of them and they're dirt cheap.

Thanks so much. I don't really need a quick ratio or would like to do major modifications. I can't even get the exact hoses to what I have now. Curious, what makes the 800 better than the 605?

They're a little stronger and have a quicker ratio. The base Gbodys had the 605 and the F41 cars got 800s. 605s are good enough for the tri five Chevy guys though.

Not having factory sways bars was good enough for the Tri-5 guys.

Thanks again. After some thinking and research, I am thinking of going with the following (going with the Saginaw 800):

http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=31201&cc=1035188&jsn=692

It is not listed for the Olds, but listed as an option for the 78 Camaro. From what I read, the hoses and mounting of the frame will work. Any opinions is appreciated.

This car only has 160,000 K, with that Saginaw 600 and my Camaro with the Saginaw 800 has over 220,000 K with no problems. I don't hammer the Cutlass like I do with the Camaro and that tells me that steering box for the Cutlass is weak.

Stops might be different but should bolt in and work.
