Does anyone that has a Jegster transmission crossmember know what the measurement is between the centerline of the 2 exhaust humps? I have heard of fitment issues in this area and want to see if the measurement will match up to my headers.
This will be for a TH400 trans but I think this measurement will be the same for all of their Gbody crossmembers.

Can't give any measurements but I could give an idea of how close they could be. I sold my TH350 X-member to another member cause the ill-fated Pypes kit pipes are too wide for the humps. Now the back up Jegs exhaust kit came in narrower under the G-Force X-member. Being for the TH400, you should have enough space between the collectors & X-member to have pipes made to route under the humps. Their X-members are designed to be used with their exhaust kits (just a maketing thing) but you shouldn't have any issues getting to work with your headers.

Do a search under my handle, from perhaps last year (?). Here is a photo of the TH400/200-4R model. The tubing is 1-1/2" x 2", so eyeballing it, I'd say the humps are 7-7-1/2" from the mount center.

Not the best picture I know but the humps line up perfectly with my headers and had to dremel out holes a lil bit to get to bolt up in frame though. And I'm still in progress of my build

I just crawled under the car...it looks closer to 7-1/2"
So 7-1/2" from the center mount hole to the center of the hump or the leading edge of the hump?
This would have been the perfect picture if your string was a tape measure.

Sadly, I agree, but for free ya git whatcha git. I was trying to figure out at the time why the driver's side hump hits the floorboard. I was ready to cut it apart and redo the driver's side hump for more clearance. For now, I have it bolted on UNDER the frame rail extension, so it at least holds up the transmission while the coupe patiently waits fo rmy future attention.
