My son got rid of his Infiniti Q50S for a BMW 4 series loaded with options. I had my grand kids in my car last weekend and with the approval of their dad and mom on an old country road I did a nice burn out with the kids in the GP. The loved it and told their dad how fast my car is. My son just texted me and is pissed cause the traction control will not allow the rear wheels to spin so his kids think his new car is way slower than gramps old car.......

My son thought the traction/stability control in my 5.0L "was for sissies" and I explained to him with 35 series tires, the car will snap so fast there is no way he could catch it. That its the "not die" button.

He was screwing around with it in the stadium parking lot and came to the conclusion dad was right.

I just told him and he said I am way behind, He used that on his 08 335 xi, now he can use that button or the toggle mode for sport with limited slip or sport and turn everything else off and move the shifter to the left for sport so the launch mode can be activated. I should have known he informs himself about his cars.......but my car is easier, for my launch control it's in my clutch foot and my accelerator foot

Maybe if your kid was a little more impressionable he wouldn't be driving a BMW right now.
