Buddy showed me his Oct 2017 copy of Hot Rod Magazine, has a 2 door "GTO" wagon in it. Might have to buy a real live paper copy....something that I haven't done in quite a few years.

I have the paper copy. The builder used a Chevelle 2-door wagon for the rear quarters.
The explanation about the long model year '69 Camaro was interesting to read. GM struggled to make the rear quarters without cracking. What the car makers can draw metal to today would blow their minds 50 years ago.
I couldn't find the article about the four-door Barracuda shown on the cover. Photoshop?

2 doors make kid loading a PITA. ;)

I'll be sitting down with my paper copy tonight. The Z/409 Camaro makes me want to vomit... more wealthy people trying to be relevant.

More of a Camvair09 than a Z/409.

Your opinion seems to be the consensus:
